In the event that your products are not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days of your purchase date. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.Refunds will appear in your account within 3 business days of your return.Repackage your return and ship the package back to the That's So Dad Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx To:

Shipping charges - Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items back to ThatIsSoDad.com.
Receiving your refund - That Is So Dad does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used within 3 business days of your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item (s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue.
Email us at info@ThatIsSoDad.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, a return number will be issued and a shipping label will be sent for your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a replacement product will be sent.
Replacements cannot be issued without a return number being assigned first. The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days.

Free Shipping - Some orders will qualify for free shipping. We're sorry, but due to the very high cost of international shipping, we can only offer free shipping in the USA.
Shipping Carriers - That Is So Dad ships most items via UPS or USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays UPS or USPS may have. However, if you let us know of a delivery that arrives outside our guaranteed window, we will gladly refund any shipping charges incurred.

- Standard/Free Shipping: Packages are typically shipped using USPS and normally arrive within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).

Mug arrived broken wrapped in thin bubble wra, contained in a thin cardboard box with no cushion on the inside to protect it. Very upset
This will be a good gift for the dad joke loving people in your life. Fast shipping, item exactly as described. You have to sign up for an app for the daily jokes but this is a gift and I have not done this so I cannot attest to the funny jokes in the app.

The mug is sturdy and has a nice handle. It's a must for all the dad jokers, the dad joke lovers, or those who just tolerate those who love dad jokes.

Corny dad jokes are a regular in our house. We can’t wait to give this mug for Father’s Day. It is an average mug otherwise, but it fits right at home with us.
Too bad- it arrived broken!! The box and packing were all in tact but the mug was broken. I think it might need more bubble wrap or stronger box.The mug was seemingly good quality, clearly printed and the handle is the size I’m always looking for, for a standard hand size to fit all fingers. Would make a great gift if the packaging was a little sturdier.

This is just perfect! My daughter jokes all the time for my husband to stop telling dad jokes. So when I saw this, I just had to get it. I honestly wanted it to get for the roll the eyes comment as I thought that was hysterical. I did not realize they actually did put a dad joke on the other side. Which does sound like a corney joke that he would state. Now my daughter and I will use this quiet a lot!
