Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: That Is So Dad orders are processed ASAP – usually within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please email us if you have any questions about your order or need your shipment to arrive by a specific time. 

Once your order has been processed, your chosen shipping method will indicate how many days it will take for the package to arrive on your doorstep. For orders containing 15 or more of one specific product, there may be a delay in order fulfillment. If this should be the case, we will get in touch with you immediately. 

An email confirmation will be sent to you after your product has shipped.

 

Q: Do you do rush shipping?

A: Of course! We are more than happy to hustle on your behalf – assuming your item is in stock! Please contact us ASAP at info@ThatIsSoDad.com if your order is time sensitive. Also, please triple check that you have selected expedited shipping upon checkout. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Sometimes we offer discount codes for free shipping. Check the banner at the top of the website or our instagram for promotions we're running. 

 


Q: Do you accept returns?

A: If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, we will gladly return your items within 10 days of you receiving the product. We ask that you contact us if there is damage and please snap a photo of it.  


Q: Do you accept International orders?

A: Yep, we’re global! That Is So Dad does offer International shipping!

That Is So Dad is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on International shipments. These fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks (4-6 week estimate is for USPS First Class Mail) for International shipments to arrive. We do offer faster shipping methods if you would like to upgrade.

Excellent quality and very comfortable!

I have tried many brands of "Luxury" face masks and have found That's So Dad to be the best quality and most comfortable to wear for several hours while waiting in doctor's offices and while shopping. This model is very smooth over my short beard and the adjustable skinny ear loops do not irritate the skin. Delivery time from day I ordered (Saturday after Thanksgiving) to delivery nine days later is considered quite normal since ordering on a weekend really does not figure into work time and being mailed on the following Tuesday is very efficient. Keeping in mind that the USPS had been negatively affected by the changes implemented by its new leadership and a cross-country delivery in 4 business days is better than most of the late mail that I've received recently. I am very pleased with this product and company.
